Manual Handset Configuration

This guide applies to SNOM and Yealink handsets only and assumes that the handset has been reset to factory defaults

This process is recommended only for troubleshooting to check the connection, a handset registered in this manner will not be able to access updates from the PBX, the customer may need to manually setup timezones and languages on the handset

Configuring SNOM

To access the SNOM interface you will need to do a remote session with the customer

Once you have initiated the remote session you will need to find the Local IP Address of the handset, this can be found after rebooting the handset by pressing **##

Once you have the IP of the phone you can access the interface from the customer's web browser

Once you are logged in you will be directed to the Security page, as we are provisioning this handset to our server these settings will be updated automatically and do not need to be updated at this time
