How do I get my points?

Points are automatically calculated at the end of each month and sent to Qantas based on the Qantas Business Rewards plans signed up for.

Why can’t I see the points in my Qantas Frequent Flyer account?

The points Vonex allocates are Qantas Business Rewards points not Qantas Frequent Flyer points, these are applied to the QBR account that was registered on the Vonex application. This relates to the ABN and email address used on the Vonex application. Points are allocated and belong to this QBR account.

How do I log into my QBR account?

You may either already have a QBR account and log into that from the Qantas website, or on sign up with Vonex a new QBR account was created. If newly created, Qantas sends an email to confirm the new account to the your email address on the application form. You can then log into that account to view any points that might be allocated.

How do I move points from QBR to QFF?

When logged into the Qantas Business Rewards account, a customer can then nominate what Qantas Frequent Flyer account they might want to transfer points to or purchase flights and other rewards directly from the QBR account. For any further questions about this you can contact QBR to get them answered.

When exactly do points get allocated?

There are two types of points that may be allocated from eligible Vonex ONdesk plans. Monthly points and Bonus Points.

Monthly points are allocated each and every month within 30 days of each bill being paid, and continue for the life of the contract.

Bonus Points are allocated within 30 days of the third Vonex bill being paid.
Some plans for other services may not include Bonus Points. Please see the terms and conditions for each service connected.

What if points haven’t been allocated or are incorrect?

Simply email qantaspoints@vonex.com.au and this will be investigated.
