CMC or Call Management Console comes in two formats Insight and Report, both of these packages allow call recording to be added for $8 per end point
CMC Insight
Insight is our basic package which allows call monitoring and basic report generation with a user friendly interface which allows you to filter call types and see statistics in a graph format, great for presentations
The other main sections of CMC Insight allow you to generate Quick Reports and you also have access to our Observations panel which gives a more in depth view
If call recordings have been purchased they are accessible from the main menu
You also have access to a basic wall board
CMC Report
The Report version of CMC includes Insight as part of the package as well as offering a host of customisation, dashboards and higher level reporting
Report provides three standardised wallboards
As well as the ability to create a full customised personal wallboard
As its name suggests CMC Report allows a host of in depth reports to be generated and includes report scheduling and threshold alarms
Report also offers a full configuration panel and the option for multiple levels of staff access including Insight level access and My Console which allows induvidual users to monitor their own stats and recordings
